Milk: When it comes to skin, milk is a contributing factor to healthy and glowing skin. Raw has so many ingredients that are skin-friendly like Saturated fat, protein, calcium, etc. Honey mixed with milk makes your skin moisturized and skin cells glow from the inside. Take 2 teaspoons of milk and 1 teaspoon of honey. Mix all the ingredients and form a paste. You should apply it to your face and keep it for about 20 minutes. Wash it with warm water. This process can be done twice a week.

Saffron: Saffron has been used since olden times to have clear and healthy skin. It has the presence of antioxidants, which protects skin from any kind of damage. During spring, the weather starts getting hotter and protection from UV rays is a must. Take 1 tablespoon of honey and 4 strands of saffron. Keep the strands of saffron soaked for some time in honey. Then use the mixture to be applied to the face and neck. Put the mixture on for 10 minutes and then rinse it off. This is a natural way and can be done 4 times a week.

Turmeric: Turmeric has been used for getting healthy skin right from the early days. It has antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. The radicals which lead to the damage to the skin are reduced with turmeric. The production of collagen helps one in getting glowing skin. Take 1 teaspoon of turmeric and ΒΌ cup of milk. Mix turmeric with milk and form a paste. Apply this paste to your face and neck. Keep this for about 20 minutes and then rinse it with cold water. This remedy can be practiced twice a week.

Rosewater: Rosewater is a renowned skin toner that refreshes skin and lets the dead skin cells be removed. This remedy helps in proper blood circulation, which helps one to get glowing skin. The pH level of your skin is also balanced. Take 1 bottle of rose water and a cotton ball. Firstly, start by keeping the bottle of rose water in the fridge for about half an hour. Take a cotton ball and pour some drops into it. With clean hands, apply the rose water all over your face. Now, this is a simple technique that can be done daily.

Honey: Honey is known for having microbial properties that lead to glowing skin. Any kind of blemishes from the skin is removed because of their antioxidant properties. The skin is cleaned thoroughly and skin becomes soft and supple. Take 4 drops of honey into a cotton ball. Honey needs to be applied to damp skin. It helps you have a fairer skin tone and any kind of impurities are removed with ease. Take 1 cucumber and 3 tablespoons of yoghurt. Grate the cucumber and add yoghurt to it. Beat it properly to form the required paste. Apply it to your face and neck and keep it for 10 minutes. Wash it off with cold water. This process can be practiced 3 times a week.

Green tea: Green tea is rich in flavonoids, which restore collagen production in your skin. The elasticity of your skin is enhanced and it, in turn, helps to enhance the glow of your skin. Take 1 tablespoon of green tea leaves, 1 cup of water and 1 teaspoon of cream. Boil the leaves and extract the colour from those leaves. Cool the mixture and add cream to it. Form a paste. Apply it all over your face in a circular motion. Keep it for about 10 minutes and wash it with cold water. This can be done once a week.

Baking soda: Baking soda is a good exfoliator and it cleanses the skin by removing the dead cells from your skin. It neutralizes the pH levels of your skin and keeps it balanced. It heals any kind of injury because of its inflammatory properties. Take 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of honey. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and form a paste. Apply it to your face in circular motions. Leave it for 10 minutes and wash it with cold water. Apply this pack to your face once a week.

Lemon: Lemon helps in removing the dead skin cells from your skin. It helps to remove tan and cleanses the skin. Lemon also helps to brighten the skin. Take 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of sugar. You must mix all the ingredients and apply them to your face. Rinse it with lukewarm water. This process can be done on alternate days.
